AM4312 Amendment to LB1219 Unification Bill

The following is the so-called "90% funding floor amendment" that was attached to LB1219. This amendment is the concept that started out as LB1247. At the very end is the so-called handwritten Bromm Amendment to the AM4312 document. The Bromm amendment appears to make some very substantial changes to the printed document below so please be certain to read through to the Bromm Amendment to gain a feeling of the meaning of the entire document. It is not certain if the 'cleaned up' final reading version from the bill drafters will look any different from what is below, and the final reading version will be the most accurate. As soon as there is access to the voting record of the Senators in regard to this item it will be posted, and the whole of LB1219 it will be posted.
